OUR STORY

Wren Davis Capital was founded in 2018 by Benjamin and Charlotte Whitney, a husband and wife multifamily investment team. Far from the usual trajectory into the capital investment realm, but stemming from years of interest in the real estate field, Benjamin and Charlotte solidified their desire to establish a capital investment firm with a focus on multifamily real estate during their time working abroad. Benjamin and Charlotte began their careers as Foreign Service Officers with the U.S. Department of State, and have found success in the real estate field by applying the same values used to advance diplomacy, that is to be honest, fair and respectful of all.

We take pride in working with some of the best professionals in the industry. Our team is comprised of property management, law, accounting, and financial experts with a combined 50+ years of experience.

Our goal is to acquire multifamily investment properties with value add potential. Each property must adhere to our specific criteria and pass our conservative and rigorous due diligence process to ensure they will provide stable and long-term growth for our firm and partners. In addition to protecting and growing our partners' capital, we believe in providing safe, affordable, and sustainably focused housing options to the communities we invest in.
